Traipsed and trodden on, this traveler’s land-sea
Spread far and wide, a sign of springtime
Running and romping upon its emerald path
Dripped and decorated by miniscule morning tears
Earth-blanket, bountiful and beautiful, spread everywhere
Short yet abundant, rarely unseen
